This calculator is intended to estimate allowable working area based on a maximum 30° working angle from the anchor point plumb line. The results are provided as general guidance and do not define a safe working zone under all conditions.
It does not account for all jobsite variables, including surface transitions, harness D-Ring offset, worker positioning, or swing fall hazards. These factors must be evaluated by a Competent Person before work begins.
All distances shown are approximations and must be verified with physical measurements in the field. Results are based on user-provided inputs and assumed geometry, which may not reflect actual jobsite conditions.
